Let’s start this week with cookies!
I’m not a cookies nor a baking person, but I’ve been craving lots of sweets and there’s never anything around, so we decided to give it a go with some cookies.
I learned that food photography is pretty tricky, fixing the food and making it look pretty isn’t as easy as you may think. I subscribed to a food photography course online on a blog, but they haven’t answered me back on when I might be able to start. Lucky it was free.
Oats and brown sugar cookies:
1 cup – Oats
1/2 cup – Flour
2/3 cup – Brown sugar
Preheat oven at 350°C.
Mix it all together and let it rest for 10 mins.
Using two spoons shape the cookies.
Leave in the oven for around 20 mins.
